If she wins her next match in the Doubles event at the ongoing invitational competition in Pretoria, South Africa, Oyinlomo Quadre would have qualified for her consecutive Doubles finals in 2020.

Nigeria Tennis Live reported earlier that the youngster stormed to the summit of the African ranking when she reached her highest ranking points ever.

She became the number 132 player in the world and the number one in Africa after winning the competition last week, and this has attracted a lot of praises from tennis followers.

And even though she lost her first game in the Grade 2 invitational, the youngster is on course for a consecutive appearance in the final if she wins her semis encounter.

According to the fixtures, the Nigerian will partner Anna Lorie Lemongo Toumbou from Cameroon for the encounter against the number three seeds.

This win will restore some kind of respite for the Nigerian number one female tennis player who is looking to keep increasing her world rankings as the tennis season hots up.

She is also billed to play at the National Sports Festival taking place in Benin, Edo State in March, if she keeps up with her impressive portfolio.

Nigeria Tennis Live will surely keep tabs with the youngster who is currently giving Nigerians a lot of hope on the international stage.
