NTF Updates National Rankings Ahead Of Dala Hard Court Championship
The Nigeria Tennis Federation (NTF) has updated the national rankings ahead of the Dala Hard Court Championship in Kano State.
Nigeria Tennis Live had, a few weeks ago, uploaded the new rankings which brought Anu Ayegbusi to the summit of the ranking table for the first time.
However, just before the preliminary matches at the Dala Hard Court event served off in Kano, the NTF adjusted the rankings, thereby presenting different rankings for the players.

On seeing this, the players, who were disturbed and confused, reached out to our correspondent to find out why the rankings on our website were not aligning with what the federation shared with them on site.
Nigeria Tennis Live, therefore, reached out to the Secretary of the federation, Mr. Makpa Shamma, who then provided the updated version of the rankings to our correspondent.
The new rankings have since been updated on our website to align with the NTF’s current rankings which the players may have been presented with in Kano.
Our sincere apologies to the players for the unimaginable distress this conflict may have caused them in the last 24 hours.
