Team Nigeria to the ongoing Fed Cup in Tunisia have not lived up to their billing as they are yet to win a single team game even though one of the representatives has been quite outstanding in the singles event.

According to information made available to Nigerian Tennis Live, Oyinlomo Quadri has been at her very best at the tournament, defeating Tunisian, South African oppositions; adding an Egyptian player to her list of casualties at the tournament.

Oyinlomo is doing Nigeria proud at the Fed Cup tournament in Tunisia.

Reports say she defeated her Egyptian opponent 6-3, 6-2 in the girls U-16 cadre, but her partner, Bamidele Omolayo could not as much as win her singles game (she lost 0-6, 2-6), let alone do well when both players partnered in the team event, as they lost 2-6, 1-6.

With these results, the Nigerian players representing the country in Tunisia are yet to win completely win a single pairing of the three which have been played already, with the U-14 girls posting even worse results.

Nigerian Tennis Live will keep monitoring the players’ adventure in Tunisia and keep updating our audience with the latest results.
