    PROUD MOMENT: Babalola Finally Leads Youngsters To U-12 AJC Qualifiers (Photos)

    Legendary Nigerian tennis superstar, Abdulmumin Babalola, has finally made his coaching debut after leading the national U-12 team to Cotonou for an African Junior Tennis Championship qualifying match.

    Nigeria Tennis Live had broken the news of the Davis Cup captain leading the team to the qualifying series, explaining that the Nigeria Tennis Federation (NTF) had decided so.

    And after the confirmation of the report by Mrs. Mariam Akande, the NTF Secretary, our correspondent has obtained some pictures of the proud moment Babalola posed with the children en route to Cotonou, Benin Republic.

    The players, it was gathered, left for the west African country on Sunday morning.

    Nigeria Tennis Live will continue to monitor the players’ activities in Benin where we learnt they will be training specially as the Confederation of African Tennis (CAT) has organized a special training camp for the participating teams.
