Our correspondent gathered that Mofifunoluwa Atilola, Nathaniel Aluko, Seyi Ogunsakin and Chukwudubem Amasiani have secured their spots in the semifinals of the point-awarding event.

Atilola reportedly defeated her opponent from Ghana 4-2, 4-0 to secure a semis berth and put herself in a good position to reach the final of the Girls’ U-14 event.

The Nigerian duo of Nathaniel Aluko and Chukwudubem Amasiani will go head to head in the Boys’ U-16 semifinal, a development which guarantees a final slot for a Nigerian player.
