The much anticipated Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Senior Open championship will be making a return to the national scene in July, Nigeria Tennis Live has gathered.
The national tennis event is among three other national tournaments which will be holding across three weeks in Abuja, Nigeria’s federal capital.
These tournaments were confirmed via an invitation shared by the Nigeria Tennis Federation (NTF) on Saturday, 21 June, 2025.

According to the memo, the three weeks of senior national competition will serve off with the VEMP Open which will hold form 4-12 July while the DavNotch will follow subsequently.

The CBN Open which is staging a return to the national scene, will be wrapping up the busy tennis season from 18-26 July, 2025.

The three-week long events will hold inside the tennis section of the National Stadium, Abuja, as announced by the NTF.
Players who intend to participate in any of the competitions are expected to pay an entry fee of N3,000 for the preliminaries while the main draw entry fee is N5,000 per player.
