US-based Nigerian Tennis Player Organizes Tournament For Junior Tennis Players In Abuja

Sadiq Tswako, a US-based Nigerian tennis player, is putting together a second consecutive tennis tournament for junior players between the ages of 14 & 16, Nigeria Tennis Live can authoritatively report.

The one-time Life Camp, Abuja upstart informed our correspondent that the tournament is aimed at discovering new talents for tennis in the country, and a little way of giving back to the society.

Tswako whose foundation is organizing the competition, noted that this year’s event will treat no fewer than 30 youngsters to top junior tennis actions in the age categories earlier mentioned and prize money given to eventual winners accordingly.

“The most important thing is to get the kids to compete, but there will be lots of gifts and medals for the eventual winners,” the LC To The World crooner told Nigeria Tennis Live from his US base.

He also revealed that there would be strings for every player who participates in the tournament as a way of encouraging them to keep competing, regardless of the outcome.

According to Tswako: “There will be lots prizes for winners, and there will be string for everyone who participates.”

The competition kicks off on Tuesday, 17 December and will end on Thursday, 19 December at the Abuja Country Club, Life Camp, Abuja.

Nigeria Tennis Live will report events from the tournament to our followers scattered across the country.
