The Nigeria Tennis Federation (NTF) will be hosting an ITF national level 1 coaching course in Lagos, Nigeria Tennis Live can authoritatively report.

This latest development is in conjunction with the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the event which will hold at the tennis section of the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos, is billed to hold from 7-17 April, 2019.

Information made available on the NTF website has it that state coaches, private coaches, physical and health educators, as well as individuals, who are interested in becoming tennis coaches are eligible to participate for certification.

Thirty slots are reportedly available for the event which will be spread across two phases. Lagos hosts the first phase with 18 slots, while the remaining 12 slots will be taken over by the Abuja centre and this will hold 28 April to 8 May.

Participants will get free course materials as well as certificates (for members who finish the course) at the end of the program.

Nigeria Tennis Live will keep tabs on the developments from the coaching course venue and report to our teeming followers.
