Babatunde Abe, coach of the NCC Tennis League defending champions Team Tombim, said in Abuja that his team will leave nothing to chance and would go for a clean sweep in their midweek tie against Team Anambra.
The match, according to the organisers, will be taking place at the tennis centre of the Abuja National Stadium.

“The biggest threat from the Team Anambra is Michael Chima who has improved a lot but we have national champion Moses Michael and Christian Paul to contain them. We need to win big to give our boys the confidence going into the semifinals,” Abe said.
The seven match tie will feature two men’s singles, a ladies’ singles and a men’s doubles on Wednesday Nov.16 and two men’s reverse singles and a mixed doubles on Thursday
Matches start 10 am on both days.
Meanwhile, the weekend tie between Team Civil Defence and Team Kalotari in Kaduna has been rescheduled to hold on Friday Nov. 18 and Saturday Nov. 19 to allow players ample time to travel to Kano for the Dala Hard Court Championships.
