One of the three Nigerian players who got scholarships to study at the Rivera Tennis Academy in the United States of America, has safely landed, Naija Tennis Special can authoritatively report.
According to Coach Abel Ubiebi who took the player to the United States, the other players could not make the trip because they had issues securing their visas, hence the need to go with the only player who was available.

Venus Ubiebi, Michael Ayoola and Jimoh Rasaki are the players who secured the scholarship to the Academy after a request by their coach was granted, but while Venus could make it for the training, the other two were denied visa.
Thus, according to the coach: “Only Venus came here with me and will be returning to the country on August 21 as the terms of the scholarship showed.
