    Coach Akinloye, Benson To Storm Lagos For PTR Coaches’ Conference, Clinic (SEE DETAILS FOR DISCOUNT)

    Respected tennis coaches, Rotimi Akinloye and Benson Ishichelli top the list of top Nigerian coaches who will be at the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, for the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) coaches’ conference and clinic.

    Nigeria Tennis Live gathered that the event which focuses on how to manage junior players to help them break even into the world of tennis, will hold on 25 & 26 October, 2019.

    According to Coach Abel Ubiebi, a certified PTR Tester, who’s the programme coordinator, the cost of registering for the programme is N35,000 for the conference while the tournament (for interested coaches) costs a minimum of N2,000.

    Interested participants who register before the 10 October deadline have been assured of a 5% discount off their registration fee.

    Also, PTR members have 10% discount, Professional Tennis Coaches Association of Nigeria (PTCAN) members and the Tennis Teachers Forum also enjoy 5% discount.

    Registration after October 10, however, will rise to about N40,000, as revealed by Coach Abel, a former national junior tennis coach and Founder of ACES Tennis Academy.

    Other top officials expected at the training include National Wheelchair Tennis Coach, Frank Termena; President, Nigeria Umpires Association, Kehinde Ijaola; Head of Corporate Development, Sterling Bank, Shina Atilola, among other notable resource persons.

    Nigeria Tennis Live will provide a wide coverage for the event which promises to build the future of Nigerian tennis.
