Brothers At War: Sylvester, Bulus Battle For Semifinal Slot At Benin Republic Tennis Open

After going through the hassle of qualifying for the quarterfinal of the ongoing ONG PLAY YOUR GAME  Tennis Open in Benin Republic, the draws have pitched two Nigerian brothers against each other.

Information made available to Nigerian Tennis Live has it that both Sylvester Emmanuel and Christopher Bulus will be slugging it out for the semifinal slot this morning when the competition kicks off for the fourth day.

Who will win this grudge encounter between two Nigerian brothers?

This match will be a grudge encounter between two players who have had contrasting fates in the past few months.

While Sylvester is still struggling to gain match fitness after an injury setback, Bulus has been doing pretty well on the junior and senior Circuits, and has been participating in other tournaments prior to the commencement of the Benin Republic open.

And even though Sylvester is a more experienced and exposed player, Bulus will want to rely on his consistency on the courts and a high level of confidence with which he has been executing his matches, to seek a defeat of the Barcelona-based Nigerian star.

Nigerian Tennis Live sources gathered that there is no love lost between the brothers, but Bulus will be hoping to get one better than Sylvester whom he unashamedly described as an inspiration to him during an exclusive interview a few months ago.

Whichever way the match goes, one thing is guaranteed; that Nigeria will be represented in the semis and maybe the final of the invitational tournament in the West African country.
