Asogba Starts First Tournament In France, Lands In Semis

Toyin Asogba has reached the semis of the TC Fourques Open, her first tournament since she moved to France a few weeks ago.

“The girls here are ball machines, but I had to find a way to beat them. It’s a very tough tournament and I’m really excited to be playing these competitions.

“We started this tournament on Monday and it’s a week long competition. We play under the floodlights indoor and it’s totally different from what we experience in Nigeria.

“But I’ve had to adjust and I’m just happy to be able to play as many tournaments as possible,” an excited Asogba told Nigeria Tennis Live.
