    AJC Qualifiers: We Are Counting On You – NTF President Sends Special Message To Team Nigeria

    Engr. Dayo Akindoju, the President of the Nigeria Tennis Federation (NTF), has sent a special message to the Nigerian contingent presently in Togo for the African Junior Tennis Championship (AJC) qualifiers.

    In an exclusive message he passed through Nigeria Tennis Live, the sponsor of the annual Dayak Open stated that the country is counting on them to return home with great results.

    The players and the coaching crew departed the shores of Nigeria at exactly 6am on Sunday and are expected to hit Togo early enough to meet up with the 8 January commencement of the qualifying series.

    Engr. Akindoju assured the coaching crew of the full support of the Federation in Togo, adding that he will not hesitate to render any form assistance if the need arises.

    He wrote:

    Dear Coach Abel,
    I congratulate you and your team of Junior players for successfully completing your training camp and moving to the tournament proper.

    This is our first outing this year and I trust that you and your crew will do very well. The board of the NTF is looking forward to having very good results for our athletes.

    Should there be any challenge that requires my attention, please contact me at you convenience.

    Please send my special regards to all our boys and girls attending this event.
