The grand finale of the 41st edition of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Senior Tennis Open has ended in Abuja, Nigeria’s Federal Capital, and the winners have since emerged. But the memory still lingers.
While Oyinlomo Quadre proved to be the fittest female player on the Nigerian tennis circuit, and deservedly won the Singles and Doubles events, Sylvester Emmanuel also capped a brilliant tournament with his second consecutive Men’s Singles Title.
Also, Alex Adewale became the record holder in the Men’s Singles event for the whelchair tennis players, winning it for the seventh straight year.
