The Serbia & Montenegro star who was in blistering form against America’s Alexander Riley in their first round game, winning 6-2, 6-3, will have to be in her best behavior when she tackles the Nigerian teenage sensation.
Quadre, who put up a spirited display against Riya Bhatia, the number five seed from India, will fancy her chances against the Serb when they take to the Centre Court of the Lagos Lawn Tennis Club, Onikan, on Thursday, 17 October.
She will seek to put behind her, the disappointment of losing out to Bhatia in the final set after such an inspiring performance.
