The Boys Singles will become even tougher as Davis Cup players who represented Nigeria and Cote D’Ivoire have been thrown in the mix to shake things up.
Francky Hoimian and Daniel Adeleye, both players who played for Cote D’Ivoire and Nigeria respectively in Abuja, venue of the Davis Cup encounter, are the number one and two seeds at the J60 Accra event.
Hoimian was one of the better players for his nation even though they were unable to avoid regelation to Africa Group IV after the competition, and is seen as one of the most outstanding juniors from Africa at this time.

The Ivorian will, however, have to battle it out against Nigeria’s Adeleye, another player who featured prominently at the Davis Cup for Team Nigeria, helping the country secure promotion to World Group II Playoffs.
Although both players are at the end of the draws of opposing sides, they are expected to win their matches and meet in the final. Should that happen, Adeleye will seek to take his revenge against Hoimian, who was a pain in his neck when they met early this year.
