The Tennis Players Parents Association (TPPA) has released a list of players who got a wild card to participate at the National Junior Tennis Championship Finals in Lagos.
Recall that the TPPA held regionals for the Universal Tennis Rating, UTR-rated across the 36 States of the federation over two legs and the champions from each region automatically qualified for the national finals which is scheduled to hold from Monday to Saturday, 4-9 August, 2025 inside the tennis section of the Lagos Country Club, Ikeja.

However, to complete the slots for the participants, some players applied for wild cards to be able to participate in the much anticipated championship.
Nigeria Tennis Live gathered that of all the players who applied, the TPPA has now released a list containing the names of the players who got automatic wild cards and those who will be participating in play-offs to reach the main event.

Players will be competing in boys and girls U-12, 14, 16 and 18 categories during the weeklong event which is attracting nearly 200 players from across the country to Lagos.
