    Nigeria’s Chukwudubem Amasiani Wins Fourth ITF/CAT U-14 Title In Two Weeks

    Chukwudubem Amasiani has won his fourth title in two weeks at the ITF/CAT African 14&U Circuit in Madagascar, Nigeria Tennis Live can report.

    The African number eight U-14 player has been in an unstoppable form for a while now, and proved just how much he has grown when he won the Singles and Doubles in the first leg of the championship.

    Amasiani followed that up with another dual title win in the Singles and Doubles of the second leg after brushing past his opponents in spectacular fashion.

    He started the tournament with a bye and let hell loose on Madagascar’s Manou Randimbison with an audacious 6-1, 6-0 win in the second round.

    Chukwudubem Amasiani Madagascar

    In the semifinal of the tournament, he faced another player from Madagascar in Antso Loic Rakotomalala, and rightly showed his class again with a 6-0, 6-2 defeat of his opponent.

    To cap a fine week off, Amasiani turned up in the final match against Avo Andrianina Razafindrazaka with an outstanding performance that ended 6-0, 6-1 in favour of the relentless Nigerian starlet.

    The 13-year-old also ensured a quartet of titles in two weeks when he partnered Razafindrazaka to win the Doubles title for the second consecutive week.

    Thus, the Nigerian tennis sensation already being compared to Spanish tennis superstar Carlos Alcaraz, amassed a total of 1140 points across two legs of the ITF/CAT African 14&U Circuit in Madagascar.

    Nigeria Tennis Live will keep tabs on the activities of the youngster who is the undisputed number one U-14 player in West Africa and whose rise to the top in Africa is inevitable.
