Seun Ogunsakin has reached his fourth J30 final in 2024 after defeating Ibrahim Snoussi of Tunisia at the J30 Bizerte event which will end on Sunday, 16 June, 2024.

The Nigerian junior player is the tournament’s number three seed, and is participating in his sixth Junior ITF event of the year at the competition in Tunisia.

To reach the final of the tournament, where he will play against the dangerous Saul Pacheco Benasayag from Spain, Ogunsakin had to defeat Snoussi in two straight sets of 6-2, 6-4.

A win for Ogunsakin would represent his fourth J30 title in 2014 after initially winning two legs of the J30 Abuja in February, 2024, as well as adding a third title in Tunisia in May, 2024.

The Nigerian will be hoping he is four times lucky when he takes to the court on Sunday for the finale of the event in Tunisia.

His younger brother, Seyi, is also one of the stars of the J60 Abuja event where he reached the quarterfinal before losing out, making the brothers two of Nigeria’s hottest youngsters around.

Nigeria Tennis Live will monitor the final match which the Nigerian will be expected to win and further boost his Junior ITF ranking.
