    CAT U-12: Nigerian Boys To Face Mali In First Match As Girls Battle Gabon

    The Nigerian boys at the ongoing CAT U-12 championship in Benin Republic will face Mali in their first round of matches as hostilities kick off today.

    Oluwaseun Ogunshakin will lead his other compatriots, Onyekachi Ogumjiofot and Yohana Yakubu in their baptism of fire for the 2020 competition.

    The talented youngster who’s the team captain, is believed to be ruthless on the court, and is expected to lead the charge for glory in the tournament.

    For the girls, they play their second round robin game against Gabon, after seeing off a hapless Sierra Leonean side with a solid 3-0 win on Tuesday.

    Nene Yakubu who has been outstanding so far, will lead the line alongside Khadijat Mohammed and Success Ogunjobi.

    Coach Abel Ubiebi told Nigeria Tennis Live that his players are battle ready for the series of matches incoming.
