In spite of her recent overwhelming win in the Doubles of the Grade 2 Invitational event held in Pretoria, South Africa, Nigeria’s Oyinlomo Quadre has lost the top spot in Africa.

Nigeria Tennis Live had reported that the Morocco-based Nigerian youngster became the best player on the continent after an amazing run of form in the Grade 3 Junior ITF event in South Africa which climaxed in a big win for her.

But after her recent slip in the invitational tournament, she could not build on the momentum to maintain her number one spot; but she was quite better in the Doubles event, winning the competition comfortably.
