Oyinlomo Quadre has moved over a hundred places from her 320 spot on the junior rankings to place 202 in the world.
This new ranking is not unconnected to her superlative performance in Tunisia over the weekend, where she won her first ever Grade 3 Junior ITF Circuit.
With this new ranking, Quadre is now the number four on the Africa log for the young female players.
The youngster who also couldn’t wait for the ranking to be released, hoped that she’d get higher up the ladder when the rankings are made public, and she may yet be stunned by the outcome.
This may yet be her highest placing on the log since she rose to top 300 in the world from being nowhere on the log.
