Alex Adewale from Nigeria will be one of the stars to watch out for when he takes to court tomorrow for the Singles Final at the ongoing Nairobi Open in Nairobi, Kenya.

The Nigerian superstar was in blistering form when he faced compatriot Wasiu Yusuf, in an interesting semifinal clash on Tuesday, 12 February. He won the match in two straight sets of 6-1, 6-2.

After the encounter, Adewale will now play against South Africa’s Evans Mariba in a match that promises to be very interesting.

The Nigerian duo are also in the doubles final where they partner to play against Mariba and Novatus Temba from Tanzania.

Throughout the competition, the Nigerian players have proven to be quite clinical in their matches, with Adewale, a former US Open star showing the stuff he’s truly made of in all his matches.

Nigeria Tennis Live will report the final results after the matches have been concluded on Wednesday.
