    BREAKING: Team Nigeria Beat Cameroon To Win First Gold Medal In Team Event

    The Nigerian contingent to Lome, Togo for the ITF West and Central African Junior Championships (AJC) has won a gold medal in the team events of the ongoing qualifying series.

    Nigeria Tennis Live scoops from Togo have it that the U-16 Boys have won a gold medal for the country after thrashing Cameroon 2-1 on Tuesday evening.

    Although our correspondent could not get the results from the fixture as the Girls U-16 final matches were still on, Coach Abel Ubiebi who led the team to the neighbouring West African country simply stated that Nigeria won the final tie.

    “We won the Boys’ final. The Girls’ matches are ongoing presently. Talk to you later,” he informed
