Coach Abel Ubiebi of the ACES Tennis Academy is now officially a tester with the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), Naija Tennis Special can authoritatively report.
Breaking this goodnews to our correspondent a few days ago, the widely traveled and talented coach informed that the certification is a massive boost to his coaching career after waiting for almost ten years, understudying other international testers.

With this new certification, Coach Abel can now conduct tennis coaching course for instructors where they can also bag PTR certification.
“My brother, I am so delighted. It is now official, I am an official tester with PTR,” an excited Coach Ubieibi noted.
“Before now, I was just a coordinator, but now I have added being a tester to that. I give God all the glory and everyone who has stood by me throughout my ‘small’ career so far.

“I shall continue working hard and do my best to ensure that tennis in Nigeria keeps improving, especially the players,” he added.
